Project background
The Saint Rose project was developed and are operated by SWEB Development within the context of the “Community feed-in tariff program”. Project planning commenced in 2012, and project development work lasted for about two years.
The Saint Rose Wind Farm is the very first wind power plant of W.E.B in North America. The site is in Cape Breton in the north of Nova Scotia on a hill over a former coal mine.
This 1.99-megawatt project consists of one turbine.
